Outcomes-based

Outcomes are measured by analysing participants' written feedback (using descriptive statistics and thematic qualitative analysis) and are presented in the form of a feedback report to the commissioning person(s).

After participating, our staff talked about feeling more confident, re-affirmed in their commitment to the organisation, and with an understanding that leadership and achievement is based on the awareness and application of each person’s unique personal strengths.
— Commandant Roisin Condron, The Military College, Curragh Camp.
Participants of Dr McKiernan’s workshops are guided through evidence-based practises that enhance focus and increase capacity for regulating emotions. His strength lies in his ability to develop rapport with the group, his emphasis on practice that is based in theory, and his willingness to generously share his learning from his professional experiences to date. The focus on practice in the session is complemented by the availability of relevant readings following the session.... I highly recommend Dr McKiernan’s workshops.
